If you know me at all you'll know how much I enjoy a good statement pair of shoes and when I say statement, understand that I mean statement. You may remember my last post with my beautiful new thigh high boots from Ego and today's post contains another super sassy offering them, albeit a totally different style of footwear.
Now, I'll admit these shoes were divisive. Some loved them, others....not so much. One person asked if I was wearing slippers while another told me how obsessed they were with the Fleur Slip On Shoes but in all honesty, that just makes me love them more. I love things that are a little bit different, even if they're not liked by all because after all, it's down to what you like and personally I love them. The faux fur lining actually does make them feel like slippers and although they come in at just under £25, the faux suede material makes them look and feel so much more luxurious! Ego strikes again!

Again, I kept the rest of the outfit simple, wearing my favourite coat and the oversized top that's become a serious wardrobe staple of mine over the last few weeks. I love how you can see the bottom of my tattoo slightly poking out the bottom too (more on that in a later post!) and it just looks so chic. The coat has been my favourite for just throwing on over anything and everything since I got it back in December and it's actually in the sale for less than £35 as I type this! I know we're coming out of the colder months but you know what Britain is like and we'll probably have a good while longer of wearing our winter coats before we lock them away!
Also, you may notice my new hair! I have indeed got purple roots and I kinda love it. It's a bit edgier and it breaks up the copper just a little bit instead of it being one block of the same colour. The gals over at Saks in Bishop Auckland did it for me if you're from around my way and I couldn't recommend them enough!
