Do you ever just see an outfit online when you're "window shopping" that you know you just have to have? Well this coordinating set from ASOS was one of those moments for me. I was browsing ASOS as you do, with no intention of buying a thing and I somehow stumbled across this set and after continuously imaging myself wearing it for a good half an hour, I caved. You know when you just sit and convince yourself that you need to spend money when you absolutely know that you don't need to spend money? Yeah, that happened. Anyway I have no regrets about this purchase. I love co-ords for when you want to look kinda smart but kinda casual and that's what this two piece definitely achieves. Formal but laid-back trousers and an oversized jacket teamed with scuffed up trainers is the perfect "inbetween" outfit for when you're just unsure how smart you want to be, especially when teamed with a slouchy tee.

As a petite gal, ASOS has been one of my saviours. I struggle to get a lot of trousers to fit me properly and although I manage to get by in most stores, trousers don't fit me the way they're supposed to fit. ASOS Petite has a huge range of trousers, dresses and everything else that mean it's a lot easier for me to feel comfortable in things without worrying about being swamped and this set is actually from that range. It's so nice to have a pair of joggers/causal trousers that I don't have to roll over at the top to stop them dragging on the floor (ma short gals understand that pain right?!) and I felt comfortable wearing my totally flat Converse with them too!
However, my favourite part of this outfit has gotta be my super sassy "put money in my pocket" tee. I am all for a sassy t-shirt (you all know my "ya blew it" tee from Instagram right?!) and Zara always have me covered. Not going to lie I was slightly disappointed when no one came and inserted cold hard cash into my shirt but hey, there's always next time I wear it right?
I can't wait for it to be warm enough to go outside with no jacket on cause I'll admit I was bloody freezing in this outfit. Can we please have some good luck with the weather this year and get summer early? We're well overdue I think and us fashion bloggers are desperate for some photography weather!
