Baby Girl

If there's one thing that you'll probably know about my wardrobe it's that I love a good staple piece. I wear and re-wear all of my pieces and I'm certainly not one of those people who buys something, wears it once and then never lets it see the light of day ever again. I literally wear things to death and work out every which way I can style them and I know that way that I'm going to get my money's worth out of everything I buy, no matter how expensive or cheap it was. Don't get me wrong I do have those "panic buy" pieces in my wardrobe (don't we all!?) and I do have things that I've bought on an impulse and then have never worn again but they a few and far between. Most things, like this oversized white shirt get worn over and over again, styled in totally different ways to create different vibes and looks depending on how I'm feeling.

I've worn this shirt a lot on my blog since I got it. Last time it was with jeans and my Gucci loafers and the time before it was over a dress, this time it's layered with a super cool slogan sweatshirt. This look is a little bit rougher, a little bit grungier and a little bit cooler than what I normally go for with the white shirt and I love how it looks. I went for the dusty colour skinnies from Topshop and my calf boots from Daniel Footwear and I think it all works rather well together. It makes such a statement and when adding the accessories like the choker and the fringed bag, the end look is a bit of a mish mash or chic and grunge, of cool and smart and overall, it sums me up perfectly.
