Holiday Make-Up Essentials

There are certain make-up products that I simply cannot live without whilst I'm on holiday. You know those products that you just can't imagine doing a week in the sun without, that if you got to the airport and you realised you had forgotten them you'd probs do a little diva cry? Yup, well I have a few of those too.

So, as you may soon realise I highly value eyebrow products whilst I'm away and the Hi Impact Brows Palette is a must have for me. I don't wear a lot of face products during the day on holiday but a girl gots to have her eyebrows did! The shades in this are so pigmented and long-lasting so there's no worry about them melting off your face in the heat and the different shades mean that blending and getting the right colour for you is super easy. Plus, because it's an eyebrow palette with all the shades you'll need, it doesn't take up much space at all in luggage so it's the perfff holiday eyebrow kit! Another brow product I couldn't live without on holiday is my Soap and Glory Archery Brow Putty. Since I got my Hi Impact brows palette, I've been using the brow putty to line my brows and create the perfect arch, then using my palette to blend and fill in the shape, making it so much easier to get natural looking but perfectly shaped brows.

Holiday make-up wouldn't be holiday make-up without some gold, shimmering products in there right? The Cover FX Enhance Click is my new go-to for a holiday glow and because it's so versatile, it's definitely a holiday essential. It can be used to add glow to cheekbones, brow bones, nose contour, eyes and anywhere else you so wish and I just know how lovely this is going to look should I get the slightest hint of tan on my vampire face. Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner is another one of my go-to for some summer shimmer. They have some beautiful gold shades and I like to just put a little smidge on the bottom of my eyes and in the corners for an easy pop. Also it lasts ageeees so there's no worries about it ending halfway down your face!

Finally, on my lips I love to wear the NYX Butter Gloss. I'm not usually a fan of lip glosses but this one is not sticky at all, it's long lasting and it's a lovely natural colour too. I love wearing it over the top of my nude lipsticks as I've really gone off red at the minute and I have no idea why! Maybe it's the summer months and colours but I've just completely gone off it and my numerous red lippies have been left untouched for a good few months now! Anyway, NYX has some really beautiful light shades for the summer and as they're cheap, you can stock up and fit as many as you like into your luggage!
