Off The Shoulder

Wait, did the UK actually have a few more days of summer last week?? I think at one point I was actually too hot *gasps in disbelief* - this just doesn't happen in England, especially in the North East! I wasn't complaining though - the hot weather meant that this beaut Boohoo top could finally come out of my wardrobe and get a lil bit of love. I bought it a few weeks ago for my holidays but you know how it is; things that are for holidays rarely ever stay just for holidays do they?! I'm planning to wear it in Barcelona with some black shorts but it looks equally as good with these denim cut offs from ASOS for a day out shopping. I've already said in a number of posts how much I'm loving Boohoo at the minute - you just can't go wrong with their staple pieces when they cost so little and look so amazing!

I definitely shouldn't be allowed to wear tops that are this colour though. By the time I'd gotten home from the cinema I had two different shades of lipstick on it (may or may not have been trying out the lipsticks at the NYX counter...), some smeared chocolate and some dribbles of tea. I am literally five years old and shouldn't be allowed nice things. 

Can we also just talk about the fit of these jeans for a second? They're called boyfriend jeans but I feel like they're a little bit straighter and tighter than what you imagine when you think of this style and as someone who's really quite petite and small framed, I struggle finding jeans to fit me that aren't super skinny, as I've already mentioned before. This pair are just the right length for my lil legs and I just laaaav the frayed hem - they have a bit of a grunge vibe that looks fab teamed with the girly top and makes for a perfect laid back summer day outfit.
