Could it be? Did spring actually make a small appearance last week or am I dreaming???? The sun is finally peeking from behind the clouds, the icy winds are dying down (slightly) and the trees are starting to look a little greener...and it's about bloody time! As soon as I saw that it was a little bit sunnier outside I whipped some of my recent summer purchases out and although I was a lil bit chilly, I braved the wind like the true northern girl I am and really put some spring into my step.

I am seriously loving cute little tops like this at the moment and ASOS is literally jam-packed with them. At first I thought this might be a little unflattering on me because of the tiers but once I got it on I fell in love immediately and anyway, who cares whether something is "flattering" - wear whatever the f you want! I just feel so floaty and feminine in this top and I think it has a kind of Victorian-esque feel to it, something which I am definitely not complaining about! 

The outfit itself is quite simple with the classic blue jeans, plain top and sandals but you know what that means - any style of accessory and jewellery matches so I whipped all of this beautiful jewellery from Her Curiosity out to give my outfit a real Spring vibe. Her Curiosity stocks bohemian style jewellery (obvs perfect for summery outfits!) and the whole brand is based on adding your own personality into your jewellery and outfit, a value which I love. Fashion and style is all about self-expression and I really love it when you can get a feel of someone's personality through the way they dress and Her Curiosity is all about furthering that. They stock everything from rings to hats to necklaces and as most of the pieces do have that kind of free spirit message, there's a piece for everyone and I just know that the whole brand would be a hit with anyone who's going to a festival this summer!
