The Christmas Eve Pyjamas

If you don't get new pyjamas, is it even Christmas? I think in just about every house in Britain, it has become a tradition to get a brand spanking new pair of pyjamas at Christmas time, ready for the parents to snap away with camera as we open our presents on Christmas morning. Aged 22, this has not changed for me and I doubt it ever will - new pyjamas are a must for Christmas. This pair of pyjamas from South Beach are the best type of lounge wear for this time of year. Personally I'm a big fan of pyjamas that double up as "lounge wear" - they can be worn as pyjamas, but they don't look so much like pyjamas that it would be socially unacceptable to be wearing them at 3pm when you should be wearing clothes. They're like a fashion pyjama! 

I love the sweatshirt style and the cuffed bottoms. It means they're thick enough to keep you warm on the cold nights but not so thick that you wake up in the middle of the night feeling like you're trapped in the fiery depths of hell. Bliss. 

Also, just look at that print; it's PUGS for crying out loud! We all love a pug print and this one is super bright and cheery - these pyjamas will brighten the dreariest of December mornings! I've had pyjamas from South Beach before and I've never been disappointed so it's no surprise that I loved these so much, although I'll admit I found it hard to choose between this pair and these unicorn slippers. Yep, you read that right. Unicorn slippers.
