So my summer holiday is over, September has arrived and the university term is due to start. Yep Autumn is officially on its way (not that it'll be much different weather wise to the summer we've had here in the UK but still...) That means we can wave goodbye to our summery dresses and light tees and welcome roll neck jumpers, flares and ankle boots and I know that this is something I'm over the moon about. There's something so lovely about waking up on a crisp October day and snuggling up in your knits and jackets with a steaming cuppa.

Anyway these are my picks from good ol' Topshop which is always my go to at the beginning of a new season. I think my favourite from this selection has got to be the green pleated midi skirt, which isn't something I'd usually go for but the colour of this one just makes it perfect for me. If there's one thing I love about A/W fashion it's the colours. Give me deep greens, burgundies and lots of black over summer floral dresses any day!!

Now all I need is a lottery win....
