Autumn Fragrances: Hugo Woman and 007

Hey everyone! Today's post is part 2 of my perfume posts and this one features two more perfumes which I've been trying out in the last few weeks and I think these two are perfect for the upcoming A/W. Also, have you noticed the use of my fairy lights in these photos? I'm desperately excited for Autumn to properly arrive now so thought I'd give my photos a little autumunal twist!

Now this scent is meant for women who are passionate, bold and empowered so has an initially quite feminine, floral scent, with an "unconventional boyish twist". This definitely comes through and after spraying it, woody scents come through, with notes of sandalwood and amber meaning it's nothing like I've smelled before which is certainly a good thing. This one is lighter than the Hugo Boss Runway fragrances so is a perfect day time scent, with a sleek, minimalist bottle. The motto of this scent is "invent yourself" which I absolutely love - try something different and be exactly who you want to be. The unconventional masculine notes definitely fit this motto too and I found I was pleasantly surprised with how much I loved it.

007 for Women is described as "dangerously seductive", blending classic feminine scents with a bit of mystery. The scent isn't as strong as the other perfumes I've tried out these past few weeks but it is a lot darker if you get my meaning. With ingredients like black pepper and rose milk, it really does smell "mysterious" and although I'm usually more of a fan of heavier scents, I have found myself reaching for this one for daytime wear. The bottle is amazing too (like I've said before I'm a sucker for a pretty bottle) and looks exactly how you'd expect a James Bond perfume to look - dark, sleek and simple. Like I said, I'm more of a fan of heavier scents so out of all of them this has probably been my least favourite (but that by no means means I don't like it!) but if you like lighter scents this is definitely one for you.

Which one do you think would be your favourite?
