The Staple Denim Shirt Dress

Denim is everywhere right now and I can't get enough of it. I bought this denim shirt dress from Boohoo a couple of weeks bag and I love it. I've had denim shirt dresses in the past but have never really loved any of them. They've always been too oversized or too fitted or too long so I was pleasantly surprised when this one fit me perfectly! I love the colour, the length, the style and it looks absolutely perfect with the classic Kurt Geiger ankle boots. This kind of look is amazing for a day out strolling around the shops in the summer but I think it'll also be fab for the winter days teamed with either tights or, if you're feeling daring, a pair of jeans underneath to go all out double denim.

When I wear darker blues like this I always have to wear my absolute favourite red lippy - the Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick in F-Bomb. I've had this lipstick for aaaages now and haven't found a red lipstick I love more. It's the brightest, most daring lipstick I own (a.k.a. the most gorgeous shade of red ever) and not only that, the formula of this lipstick is out of this world - it lasts literally all day and if you go in the shower with it on, it's one of those that will stay on.
