Pocahontas

I'm definitely a city girl at heart and I think because of that I sometimes forget how pretty places around the countryside can be and these ponds are definitely one of them. They're right next to where I live and are just so peaceful, especially in the summer. I'm a huge lover of wildlife and animals so I absolutely love Spring walks with Karl and Luna here and plus, isn't it such a great backdrop for blog photos?! It fits my very Pocahontas inspired outfit perfectly with the tassels and kind of smart outdoorsy feel (is that even a thing - smart outdoorsy?! It is now!) and despite the wind I (just!) managed to keep my hat on my head.

I ordered this little beauty of a playsuit from Missguided when they had 25% off playsuits and got it for around £18 which I think is an absolute bargain. My summer wardrobe has definitely built up over these past few weeks and it's just typical that as soon as I want to ditch the jumpers and jeans it starts to feel like December again - sort it out mother nature!
