Okay so after looking through lots of Instagram photos of babes like Lucy Hale and Jourdan Dunn I decided to finally go for the real chop. I haven't had super long hair for around 3 years now and have always kept it around mid length but you know when you're just itching for change? I took a risk cutting so much off my hair (seriously, I didn't realise just how long it had gotten!) and I think it has paid off - I love it! After getting over the initial kind of bald feeling and giving it a good scrunch up with some texturising spray I really do think I like it. My hair just looks a lot healthier and thicker, and while I don't exactly have thin hair it's not quite thick enough either. Taking so much off it has really given it that healthy bounce and has just made me feel a lot fresher overall. Sometimes change can be excellent and as I've been feeling a bit "meh" (you all know what I mean by that right?!) about my hair in general I think this has really worked for me.

This suits you SO much! I can't even begin to imagine having hair that short, I've never had it shorter than shoulder length and for the past 3 years it has been around hip length, I just get the dead ends cut off every couple of months. I'm too used to my long hair to part with it but good on you this is lovely x

O.o I know how you felt - I really wanna do something with my hair too. I keep leaning towards dying it all over as I love having long hair and only really suit a side parting.
