My Make Up Holy Grails
So today I thought I'd share my absolute holy grail make up products with you and although I did find it quite hard to narrow it down there were a couple of products that I absolutely had to include in this, one of them being the Urban Decay Naked Foundation. Now I did try the Bare Minerals Bare Skin foundation a few weeks ago and although I did like it I don't think I'll ever find a foundation that lives up to my beloved Naked one. It's the only foundation I've ever been able to find that matches my pale skin perfectly and with it's demi-matte finish it is perfect for my combination skin. I'm willing to pay the £27.99 price tag for this beauty every time - foundation is one of those things that in my book you cannot make compromises with. If you need the high end one you need the high end one!
I love to mix my foundation with the NARS Illuminator in Copacabana as it just gives my whole face that really dewy glow that you can't really get with the more matte finish foundations. This bottle has lasted me for so long because you only need a tiny bit mixed in for it to have a lovely subtle effect - it gets a huge thumbs up from me!
Next we have the Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick in F-Bomb (how flippin' cool are the UD shade names?!). This little baby is the brightest, most vivid red that I have ever seen in my life and I cannot get enough of it, so much so that I actually have two of the lipsticks in these shades! It contrasts my complextion really well and gives my make up that pow! look that we all sometimes want. If you want to make a statement this is the lippy for you?
Everyone loves a bit of duty free shopping in the airport and I am no exception so on my way to Rome a few weeks ago I picked up Benefit's High Beam Highlighter and have fallen in love with it. I just apply a few little dabs on the contours of my face focusing on my cheekbones and it is a highlighting dream. It's little brush also makes it so easy to apply, much more so than the compact highlighters in my opinion!
Finally we have what I consider a dupe for the YSL Touche Eclat - the MUA Under Eye Concealer in Radiance. When my beloved Touche Eclat ran out a few months ago I couldn't bring myself to spend so much on another one but I find this MUA one (which costs a mere £3!!!) does just about the same job and still gives you that lovely bright under eye area. I always have this in my bag and it doesn't matter if you use a lot of it - at £3 it is an absolute steal!
What are your holy grail products?

I'm still searching for my holy grail foundation. Unfortunately you can't get a lot of styles in Australia. So I'll have to deal with what I've got for now..
