Ah Topshop, you may be bad for my bank balance but you never fail me *heart eye emoji*. As soon as I saw this dress in Topshop the other day I knew it had to be mine. It's everything I love, from the chunky knit style, to my beloved pinafore straps to the monochrome aztec style - it is my ultimate summer dream. I actually got it whilst returning a skirt - remember the simply amazing brown button down suede skirt I wore in Rome? Well when I got home, I noticed the buttons had all come away after wearing it once and when I looked on the rail in Topshop, a lot of the skirts were starting to do the same. As always though, Topshop customer service were fantastic and gave me gift card in return for the skirt immediately and of course, I went and got this dress. A happy ending after all!
As the sun was out last week and Karl and I had a rare day off together, we headed into Durham for lunch at Tango, a little burger joint right on the bridge by the river and oh boy was it amazing. Just look at the size of that tray of nachos!! I want it again now just thinking about it....
