The Beauty Haul
This is a little bit of a different Sunday Post from me as a haul post isn't usually what I do but I've invested in quite a few new beauty bits and pieces recently I just had to share them with you guys.
As you might have seen if you follow me on Instagram (if you don't then why not?! Get following me here), I recently won the House of Fraser Festival Hair Competition (you may remember my Festival Hair post) and won £100 of vouchers! Naturally I went online and spent it immediately and few of these bits are from that, including the NARS Illuminator in Copacabana. I've been mixing a little of this in with my foundation and I love it; it just gives the face that subtle dewy finish which is usually quite hard for me to achieve with my combination skin but I feel that this is actually the product my make up case was missing.
Next up we have the Benefit Erase Paste Concealer which I also got with the voucher. I'm quite reluctant to spend a lot on a concealer as I love my cheap Phwoarr Paint so I thought I'd just give this a go. It's a great concealer and very thick so you only need to use a very small amount for very full coverage but I'm still not sure whether I'd spend so much on it.
Taking full advantage of Boots Buy One Get One Half Price offer, I had to pick up these Elegant Touch Express False Nails. I love having long, glamorous nails but I just hate the clart on of the glue and the messiness and everything else (I have absolutely no patience for that kind of thing!) so these are ideal for me. They're so quick and easy to apply but I've only had them on one day so far so I'll get back to you on how long they actually last!
Another two products I got with my voucher are the Origins Clear Improvement Mask and the Urban Decay Brow Box, both of which I would repurchase. The quality of the product in the Brow Box is unbelievable and as I love my rather thick eyebrows, this has become a make up essential for me. The mask is perfect for my combination skin and leaves my face feeling so clean and fresh - a definite must have for skin which can get clogged and spot prone!
Finally we have the Benefit World Famous Nudes Palette which I picked up in the duty free on the way to Rhodes a few weeks ago. It's a great alternative to the usual nude palettes that are around with some beautiful and very wearable shades!
A bit of a long winded post today but I hope you enjoyed it! Do you like seeing these kinds of haul posts?

I do love a haul post, it's great to know whether you think the products are worth repurchasing as well. I use Phwoarr Paint too, it's fantastic for the price! I've been wanting to try the Erase Paste for ages (I loved Boi-ing) but I'm also reluctant to spend a lot of money on it.

I've been dying to try that Origins mask for ages, I'd love to know how you get on with it! I love fake nails, I always have acrylics on but press on nails seem like a great alternative, plus they always have such gorgeous patterns.

My favorites are the press-on nails, they are the coolest styles. Congratulations on your win, it was well-deserved and I'm glad you got some serious enjoyment out of the voucher!
