You may have noticed that this week my blog has undergone a little bit of a change and Salted-Roses is no more and saltandchic.com has taken its place. I thought that it was time to upgrade my domain to a .com rather than .blogspot.com and considering some pesky "client" had sneakily stolen saltedroses.com which was my first choice, I decided that it was time for a change anyway. Granted, it's only a small change and Salt and Chic is not a huge difference, but I feel it reflects my blog more and I feel a lot more comfortable with it than Salted Roses.
Anyway last weekend Karl and I took a trip to the beach for ice cream and the classic fish and chips. Okay maybe we were a bit optomistic considering this is the north east of England (and it was too cold to actually go onto the beach) but we had the tastiest ice cream sundaes. I opted for a white chocolate ice cream with white malteasers, nuts and raspberries and it was heaven in a sundae glass. I also won a fish on hook-a-duck (it isn't a trip to the beach without letting your inner child out right?!) which my sister has subsequently claimed, named Harry and bought him a friend named... yep you guessed it - Hermione.

Love the new name, and purchasing a domain name is something on my list of things to do! Those ice creams look soooo delicious! I've been to a couple of beaches lately and the trip isn't a good day out until you've had ice cream, fish and chips and a trip to the arcades. That lil fish is cute, at least he's in a good home now!! xxx
