The Festival Hair







Okay I'll admit it; I suck at doing my hair in anything very complicated so entering this House of Fraser competition Hairstyles That Rock is quite new territory for me. By creating your own festival hairstyle and including a House of Fraser haircare product which would finish the look off, you are in with the chance of winning £100 worth of House of Fraser vouchers and lets be honest, who wouldn't be happy with that?!

I know this look is very simple but when you're at a festival you don't really want something that's overly complicated; lack of mirrors, showers, straighteners, hairdryers and every other at home essential can make this very tricky business! My look is my usual bed head style and messy fringe with a few fun twists including two simple but pretty skull plaits on each side and accessorised with this beautiful head piece from ASOS - perfect for sitting in a sunny field with a cup of cider and an ice cream! The haircare product from House of Fraser which I would choose to finish my look off would be the Aveda Control Force Firm Hold Hairspray - an absolute essential for keeping those curls and the plaits in place whilst in festival mode!

    This is so cute! I love boho and unruly hair for festivals, especially as the weather seems to just make it bigger and messier. Plus the plait will help to keep hair out of your face!
