OUTFIT: Prom Season

*Jodie Dress: c/o Chi Chi London

*Bracelets: c/o Lola and Grace

Ankle boots: Chockers

As the summer approaches and the end of school, college and university approaches there are undoubtedly lots of proms and end of term parties to get excited for and what better way to get in the spirit than by getting into that posh new dress which for me is this Jodie Dress from Chi Chi London. This has got to be one of my favourite posh frocks that has a place in my wardrobe and I feel like this is a lot more me than some of the more conventional dresses out there. It's girly yet tough and I love the quirky detailing - perfect for being a little unorthodox but chic throughout the prom season! Wearing chunky boots with pretty dresses has been one of my favourite styles for a long, long time - I think they just instantly add an edge to any dress at all (and they make me super tall which is always a plus!!)

How is everyone else preparing for their proms and parties? I hope you all have a wonderful time!
