The Paris Trip

Hey everyone! I'm officially back in the UK and it is fair to say I am not happy about that in the slightest. Paris is one of, if not the most beautiful place I've ever been and me and Karl had an amazing time there seeing the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Sainte Chappelle, Notre Dame, the Louvre and the Mona Lisa and exploring the rest of the city - and of course we had to visit Disneyland which was the happiest place on earth. The food in Paris was out of this world (hence the food spam - I do apologise) and eating macaroons in Carette was so dreamy *drool*. I'm such a huge fan of macaroons anyway but if you ever visit Paris and love macaroons you must visit Carette! Karl and I also put our own lock on the Lock Bridge which was such a lovely place. I've wanted to visit it for so long now and it didn't disappoint as it's so full of love and is just really, really cute (just being a typical girl here haha!)

Being back in the boring ol' North East of England is not great, particularly after spending the past 4 days in a city as beautiful as Paris. I have that feeling that you get when you come back from holiday and everything looks so weird and too normal - I definitely belong in the city!!
